Capponi Construction Group, LLC

Capponi Construction Group, LLC brings together a team of highly accomplished construction industry veterans, including Kenneth J. Gross, Robert Wrieden and John Gallina, all of whom have proven track records of building the kind of high-end and luxury residential and commercial projects that continue to make South Florida one of the most vibrant destinations in the United States. As chairman of Capponi Construction Group, Michael brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that developers and architects face as they seek to create residences, retail destinations, and hospitality and entertainment venues that capture popular attention. Capponi Construction Group is a Licensed Contractor (CGC #045327) in the State of Florida with an unlimited high-rise license.

Capponi Properties, LLC

Capponi Properties, LLC develops one-of-a-kind luxury residential and hospitality properties in South Florida. Properties completed include: a three-level, eight-bedroom private home with custom interiors that achieved the highest sale price of any non-waterfront property in Miami Beach; Villa Capponi, a five-bedroom, seven-bath residence on Sunset Island which recently sold as the highest price waterfront home on Miami Beach on a 10 sq. ft. lot (therealdeal.com). Angler’s Boutique Resort, South Beach's original Mediterranean revival hotel, which was designed in partnership with legendary Versace Mansion designer Wallace Tutt.

Capponi Events, LLC

Capponi Events, LLC, Michael Capponi’s original business venture, has been Miami’s most renowned promoter of A-List nightlife events since the early 1990s, and has had a hand in virtually every one of South Beach’s hottest clubs, including Prive, Mansion, B.E.D., LIV at the landmark Fontainebleau, and The Wall at The W. Michael’s legendary status led British Vogue to feature him in their Who's Who of Miami Beach list along with the likes of Gianni Versace, Tony Goldman, Barbara Hulanicki, Bruce Weber, Helmut Newton and Mickey Wolfson, Jr.; and led the Miami Herald to crown him "the SoBe Prince" of nightlife. Capponi Group Events are consistently covered by major publications, including People Magazine and Us Weekly.

Capponi Group Haiti

Capponi Events, LLC, which was established after the January 2010 earthquake that killed over 250,000 people in Haiti, is leading the redevelopment of Jacmel, a historic coastal town that has been tentatively accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The redevelopment will result in a tourism destination that creates long-term educational and economic opportunities for the local residents. Upon completion, Jacmel will be a world-class resort ideal for luxury vacationers, one-of-a-kind events, and fashion and design industry photo shoots. Development plans include a boutique hotel set in a restored 19th century former coffee-sorting house, an infinity pool overlooking the bay, a spa, specialty retail shops, and a Venus Williams tennis academy.
