Modeled after Rock House in Harbour Island, the Bahamas, this resort is offering 49 private hotel residences from famed designer Wallace Tutt, who previously worked on Gianni Versace's South Beach mansion. You'll get a fully furnished one-bedroom suite with Tutt-designed interiors and a 42-inch plasma TV, valet parking, a pool and sun deck, a 24-hour concierge and room service for a fee of about $20 a day. Nightlife impresario Michael Capponi is a partner on the project, so you'll also get event invitations and all access all the time.
