Not one for reruns, Michael Capponi always likes to turn it out and over the top for his annual birthday bacchanal. In celebration of his 34th at 10 tonight, Miami's reigning nightlife prince is throwing a massive, thousand-person bash at -- get this -- Jimbo's, the ramshackle beach bar on Virginia Key, where Sanford and Son meets sea shanty. According to Capponi, Jimbo's was the ideal place for this year's bash because ''I grew up on Key Biscayne and Jimbo's was always a cool place.'' The party is hardly schlocky, though, with a theme of ''Pirates, Indians and Royalty,'' in which everyone in attendance must dress up as one of them to be allowed in. ''It's going to be a major production,'' he tells us. Sponsored, of course, by Grey Goose and Bacardi. In addition to the usual models and modelizers, the party will boast a dance floor and valet parking. Valet parking at Jimbo's, imagine that. In order to get in, you must have one of the limited edition posters of models posing at Jimbo's.
