Miami entrepreneur Michael Capponi said he has formed Capponi Group Luxury Properties to develop unique, luxury single-family homes. Capponi is starting with three luxury properties in Miami Beach neighborhoods: Pine Tree Drive, North Bay Road and Sunset Island II. Already complete is a 10,700-square-foot residence at 2501 Bay Ave., Miami Beach, on Sunset Island II. The eight-bedroom house, priced at slightly less than $5 million, includes four bathrooms, a formal dining room, loft-like living room with 25-foot ceilings, bay views, movie theater, wet bar, billiard room, gym, six-car garage, maid's quarters and swimming pool.
