Boasting a blitz of entertainment options, one wonders whether the
people behind Miami's Clinique La Prairie Residences at Ten Museum
Park were speaking of the internal or external stimuli. The $120
million, 50 story building, with unobstructed views of Biscayne
Bay and the Atlantic, is situated in downtown Miami's Arts and Entertainment
district, within walking distance of AmericanAirlines Arena, the
new Performing Arts Center and Bayside Marketplace. But the highrise
itself, featuring 1,250square foot lofts, 2,000 square foot bi level
lofts and 5,000 square foot penthouses, houses a number of dashing
distractions of its own, including seven pools, a 25,000 square
foot sky garden, 25,000 square foot Clinique La Prairie signature
spa, climate controlled wine cellar, indoor/outdoor bistro and an
urban lounge presided over by South Beach social sovereign Michael
Capponi. For more information, call 305/573 2025.
